The president-elect, Bola Tinubu, today visited the President Muhammadu Buhari in Daura, Katsina State.
This was made known by the Special Assistant on Digital Communications to the President, Bashir Ahmad, on his Twitter account.
Sharing a photo of the president and the president-elect, Bashir tweeted, “President Muhammadu Buhari receives Asiwaju Bola Ahmed TInubu, the President-elect, today in Daura, Katsina State.
“Asiwaju Bola Tinubu just arrived in Daura, his first engagement as the President-elect, to present his Certificate of Return to President Muhammadu Buhari, and personally thank the President for his efforts and commitment to ensure a free, fair, and credible election.”
