The Second Republic member of the House of Representatives from Kano State, Dr Junaid Mohammed is dead.
The Late Junaid, was a Soviet trained Medical Doctor died on Thursday evening at his residence in Kano after a long time illness.
His brother, Dr Ahmed Salik, a former lecturer with the Bayero University Kano and also a former member of the House of Representatives had confirmed his death yesterday evening
Late Junaid Junaid who was the Vice-Presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party in the last election, and was elected into the House of Representatives in 1979.
Minister of Investment and Trade, Otunba Adeniyi Adebayo and other sympathizers visited the deceased’s house in Kano to sympathize with the family, as his burial will be announced by the family.
