‘Stop The Count’… Trump Begs Over ‘Unfavourable’ #USElection2020 Results

United States President, Donald Trump has pleaded with the electoral commission in the US to stop the count of the ongoing US Election 2020.

The US President who is seeking re-election on the platform of the Republican party made this plea on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Thursday, November 5.

This online news platform understands that the United States at the moment is conducting its Presidential election. The US election 2020 is between President Trump and former Vice President, Joe Biden. While Trump is seeking a second term in office on the platform of the Republican party, Biden on the other hand is hoping to unseat him using the platform of the Democratic party.

As the 2020 Us election results are trickling in, President Trump who was leading initially has been overthrown by Biden, a situation which the US President has frowned at, alleging that there might have been some manipulations of the results.

On Wednesday, Trump took to the micro-blogging site, Twitter to tweet that: “Last night I was leading, often solidly, in many key States, in almost all instances Democrat-run & controlled. Then, one by one, they started to magically disappear as surprise ballot dumps were counted. VERY STRANGE, and the “pollsters” got it completely & historically wrong!”

However, on Thursday, Biden had since secured 264 electoral votes, showing that he needs six electoral votes to meet the needed 270 to win the 2020 presidential election in the United States of America while Trump, on the other hand, has just 214 electoral votes.

Displeased with this, President Trump took to Twitter to demand that the ongoing votes counting of the US election 2020 should be immediately put on hold in a tweet that garnered over 99,000 comments in 33 minutes. The US President simply tweeted: “STOP THE COUNT”.
