BREAKING: Gunshots As Hoodlums Attack Yakubu Dogara’s House

The house of a former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, was on Sunday attacked by hoodlums.

The house is located in Jos University Teaching Hospital, Plateau State.

The hoodlums also invaded other buildings in search of COVID-19 palliatives despite the statewide curfew imposed by Governor Simon Lalong.

According to eyewitness reports, Dogara’s house was attacked about 9 am.

The witness told The Punch the hoodlums “broke into the house of the former Speaker and attacked everyone, including Dogara’s brother, and (they) are currently moving anything they see.

“In the process, the invaders moved several items – tricycles, furniture, electronics, and other valuables – out of the house.”

It was gathered that Policemen and other security operatives fired shots to disperse the rampaging youths without success.
