President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday, March 5, received members of the Traditional Rulers Council at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital
The rulers, led by the Sultan of Sokoto and chairman of National Council of Traditional Rulers of Nigeria, NCTRN, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III paid the congratulatory visit to the President over his re-election.
