Biafra: IPOB Leader, Nnamdi Kanu Breaks Silence On Election Results

Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the proscribed Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) has submitted that the only solution to Nigeria’s problems is a separation of the units.

In his submission, Kanu said the votes of the people did not count during the recently concluded election.

He, therefore, called on people from the South, West and Middle-belt to join the group in its struggle for secession.

This online platform gathered Kanu made the call on Tuesday during a live broadcast on Radio Biafra in a reaction to the results of Saturday’s presidential and National Assembly elections.

Recall President Muhammadu Buhari with 15,191,847 votes was on Wednesday declared by INEC as the winner of the 2019 elections, defeating his closest rival, Atiku Abubakar of the PDP who garnered 11,262,978 votes.

The pro-Biafran leader had earlier cried out before the final declaration of results by the electoral umpire that the presidential votes were massively rigged in favour of Buhari.
